I recently embarked on a culinary journey at the Famous Greek Kitchen with my family. This was our second time here and we loved it! Among the culinary delights, I chose the soft shell crab, an exquisite gem from their specials. At the same table, two adventurous souls opted for the moussaka, while others indulged in the allure of Moroccan chicken and stuffed peppers. I was excited to be going for Greek food. I spend a lot of time in Greece. But unfortunately the food was mediocre except the Baked Shrimp Saganaki. The lamb chops Arnesia Paidaka were rancid. After flagging down the waiter; he asked if we wanted to take the lamb to go and we told him, No, it is spoiled He comes back with a discount: $41.00 $8.20: customer did not eat, didn 't like seriously? Didn 't like it ??? what about it being stinky!!! I do not recommend this place.

We happened to stop here after a very long flight from California and we could not be HAPPIER!!! Our server Ron was incredible!!! So kind and fun!! The food was insane!! So unbelievably delicious!! We had the Chilean sea bass and the halibut. Also had the greek salad and the watermelon feta salad. Wow!!! Out of this world AMAZING!!! Atmosphere was adorable. Everything about here was impressive. So happy we found it!!

So, we live in Fairfield CT, no Greek restaurant that I would recommend. We might have one but it's more of a take out restaurant. We travel to Stamford or Bryam for Greek food. FGK is amazing Greek food. If you want authentic Greek food give it a try. Let me know what you think!
