In the congee with meat and seafood, there were very few pieces of seafood (very small pieces of octopus and maybe one piece of scallop) and meat (I think the meat was just pig skin.) We had invited family and relative who came from China to visit us. We had ordered seafood soaps, roasted peking duck with wraps, shredded duck with mixed vegetables, deep-fried calamari, steamed chicken, pork with mixed vegetables, lobster, fried pork chops, seafood fried rices, fried shrimp, black-bean sautéed fish and other seafood mixed vegetables. We had 3 desserts that we had red bean soups, jackfruit soups and tofu which we can choose from.Servers was polite - not overly friendly. I am not Chinese but am always looking for good Dim Sum spots all over the GTA on recommendation from friends. Was told about this spot and they were great. Dim Sum variety, no cart ordering (I love carts for Dim Sum) but you order and they have a very good variety (at very good prices, they also have Dim Sum specials that are impressive.) They don't pack in the tables and it's a very clean place too, good for a family. Looking for civilized Dim Sum? Go here.
A restaurant that serves good food at reasonable prices; a lot of variety and tastes great. Make sure to always book a reservation as sign outside door always seem to say booked for evening. Only negative thing I can say is that servers not always the most polite. Dessert after meal is delicious- either the bean or tofu; tofu best ever tasted!

Very good Chinese food, very busy, always a good idea to make reservation especially for special occasions a week before if possible. Waitresses not too friendly from the ones we have encountered. Tofu or red bean dessert after extremely fresh and delicious. Overall, one of the more better Chinese restaurants in Markham.
Very good dim sum restaurant. Have to get there early as it gets packed quickly. Having dinner there is good too, it's Peking duck meal set is affordable price with good quality. The only downside is that you need to reserve ahead of time as they are already packed...so not good for last minute walk-in ideas.
We had a 3 Course meal, every bit was mouth watering. The staff were really polite and welcoming. It gets really busy so its best you call to reserve a table before hand, we had to wait a while for a table since we went at random.

Fancy Chinese was an alright Chinese restaurant there was nothing that really stuck out good or bad. The food was good but better can be had in the city of Markham.
A favourite with local Chinese we also loved it. It gets busy but moves fast. They are well organized. Parking can be an issue.
