The location was very easy to get to and I was happy that they have their own parking. Our reservation was at 10:30 and they seated us in the “Yellow” room immediately. I was pleasantly surprised and excited that there was so much pink, as it is one of my favorite colors. The rooms were beautiful, and all the decor was lovely. Very clean, as well. Hospitality was excellent. The owner is very kind, friendly and informative. We were also very happy that she was willing to take a photo of us together to capture the experience. It's absolutely wonderful! We had an amazing time! The tea and food were both delicious and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding! The couple running the place were incredibly nice and helpful. The decorations were done in a very elegant style, and I found it hard to take my eyes off everything. Just a heads up, reservations are required in advance. I also loved that there’s no strict dress code, unlike some other places. If you're looking to go out, definitely keep ordering! Fancy That is a very special place. While I've been to a half a dozen tea houses over the years. Fancy That is the ONLY one I keep returning to. I have been visiting this tea house for about 8 years now and have now made it a monthly ritual. I consider Fancy That the gold standard that I measure all other afternoon tea experiences against. Not only are the food and tea top rate, the atmosphere is so enjoyable. The shop itself is very fascinating. The decor and offerings are constantly changing. You must try some of their signature teas. I love Lady Violet. Lastly, Sarah and Brad are the most wonderful and attentive hosts. I simply can't wait for my next visit!

Fancy That is truly outstanding. Over the years, I’ve visited many tea houses, but this is the only one I consistently return to. For about eight years, I’ve made monthly visits, and it remains the benchmark for all afternoon tea experiences. The quality of the food and tea is superb, and the ambiance is delightful. The shop itself is charming, with ever-evolving decor and selections. Don’t miss their signature teas—Lady Violet is my top pick. Sarah and Brad are wonderful, attentive hosts who make every visit special. I’m already looking forward to my next trip!
This is precisely what you hope for when you set out on an adventure. It's a fantastic place for conversation or even meetings, as the private rooms create a cozy atmosphere. I can't speak highly enough of the decor; it's both unique and beautifully designed. The tea was fragrant and delightful, paired with scrumptious sandwiches and delightful little desserts. Everything was exceptional. I was genuinely impressed by the cleanliness—there wasn't a speck of dust in sight. The owners were warm and inviting, making my time there a true pleasure.
I had a wonderful tea experience at Fancy That this weekend with my mother and sister. It was our second visit, and we're already looking forward to many more. The "Tea Guy" personally took care of us, and everything we tried, especially the Tower of London tea, was absolutely delightful. The scones were simply irresistible!
The best tea room Eva! Brad and Sarah are amazing hosts to escape a fabulous, cozy nook, tea for one or two or a small group is always fun!, and great gifts and treats and loose teas etc. you can buy! There were countless times with all different people, always an adventure....

Fancy That is the finest tea house in the area! Every moment spent there is a pleasure. Sarah and Brad are charming hosts, and the ambiance is simply lovely. The tea selection is impressive, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty. It's truly a beloved spot in Walpole!
