Fantastic - Reserva de mesa

Estaba tan decepcionado, ya que reservamos este restaurante en línea y caminamos ansiosamente 25 minutos para llegar allí siguiendo las reseñas muy positivas de TripAdvisor. Tan pronto como llegamos, negaron nuestra reserva a pesar de nuestra confirmación por correo electrónico. Eran las 8:30 y dijeron que el restaurante estaba completamente reservado, no solo ignoraron nuestra reserva, el restaurante estaba prácticamente vacío excepto por algunas mesas. Cuando intenté preguntar cuál era el problema, el personal pretendió que no estábamos allí. Estoy seguro de que la comida debe haber sido encantadora, pero nos hicieron sentir insignificantes. This restaurant definitely lives up to its name! We have eaten here as a group of four every time we come to Palmanova. A family run restaurant of the highest food standard. Everything is delicious, fresh and tasty. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back next year

Waitress does not want to work there, why would you work then? I never such poor service in my life. They are just unhappy you came there. Food was poor/cheap quality, cheap tasteless prawns, oily cheap potato croquettes. I do recommend to avoid this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent quality home cooked food at very reasonable prices, the waitress and the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend a visit if staying in the area.

Food was delicious, staff great, amazing service, selected public. We ate there 3 times in 10 days of holiday. Wonderful place.

Fast show of menus. Fine variety of “to-days-meal” Very fine taste. Very good staff. Nice snf clean toilets.
