We had breakfast at the restaurant, trying the Farmer and the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a croissant. Unfortunately, the meal was disappointing. The eggs were overcooked and dry, and the bacon lacked flavor, requiring extra effort just to taste it. Despite the menu's claim of using local and fresh ingredients, the potatoes tasted and felt like store-bought ones, even with some onions and green peppers added for flavor. The waitress was friendly, but she spoke so quickly and mumbled that it was hard to understand her. On a positive note, the restaurant had a lovely farmhouse decor, featuring personal family photos of the owners and vintage cooking equipment.
Brian is truly incredible to work with. His passion for his craft is evident in every dish! He impressed us right from the beginning during our tasting, and he did it again at our wedding! Our guests couldn't stop praising everything—the food, the signature drinks, the dessert, and the beautiful presentation! As food enthusiasts, it was essential for us to have unique dishes that also looked spectacular, and Brian surpassed all our expectations. We are incredibly grateful for his support throughout the planning process and for making our special day one that we will forever cherish.
We had breakfast (the Farmer and BEC on croissant). It just blah. The eggs were dry/overcooked the bacon also dry taste like it needed your saliva to active the flavor. It says local and fresh but the potatoes taste and texture were that of storepurchased ones and jazzed with onion and green pepper. The waiter was pleasant but she spoke so fast and mumbled you bearlyunderstood. The place was nicely farm house decorated sharing owner's personal family picture and old school cooking equipment.

Great food, great atmosphere, great people and Amazing food (yes I mentioned food twice, it's that good). This platter had eggs but I ate them too quick. They are open Monday thru Friday 7 to 3 (w8sh they had weekend hours too this would definitely be one our regular breakfast spots.

They are open Monday thru Friday 7 to 3 (w8sh had them also weekend hours, this would definitely be one of our regular breakfast places.
Grabbed breakfast here this morning. I was in a bit of a rush, and their turnaround was excellent. I got the Napoleon Breakfast Platter: Two eggs (scrambled, with cheese at no additional cost), choice of breakfast meat (I picked the made-in-house sausage, delicious), and maple walnut French Toast (sweet, savory, and filling). If you're in the area in the morning, you should swing in and give them a try.
This charming little gem in Baltimore is truly one of a kind. The option to dine in is still available and welcomed here. The food is exceptional and distinctive, and we savored every bite. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is outstanding, offering a glimpse into the genuine friendliness and welcoming hospitality of the locals. We will definitely return on our next visit!
Farmacy Cafe and Catering provided catering for our wedding and we have to say that Brian was amazing to work with! He priced so many wonderful options and the day of food was amazing! He took such great care of us throughout the day and everyone commented and how great the food was. I highly recommend them for any special event you have, they are the best!

This is the best breakfast and brunch I had from every restaurant! Her vegetable hash,fajitas, with and all the sauces that they are special contains what everyone wants. Farmacy Restaurant always gives everyone a 5.0. I can't beat her. My favorite new place!!
