This place is official for BBQ. Been wanting to try this place for a while now. Was finally able to get a day off on a weekend and I ordered the Lonestar platter. My choice was brisket, pork ribs and smoked chicken. My wife wanted to brisket, pork ribs and regular smoked sausage. Sides were collard greens, smoked potato salad, Mac and cheese, Texas beans and also was able to order the large beef ribs which as you can see is the size of a human arm. So tender and fall off the bone. All their meats were delicious and perfectly cooked. The customer service when I walked in was professional and courteous. They make you feel right at home and will explain to you anything if you have questions. Don't miss this restaurant, it's so worth it. Be sure to get there early because they close if they run out of meats.

By far the best Beef Rib I have ever had! I 've eaten BBQ and Ribs in the places like Kansas City, North Carolina, and St Louis, where they are known for having great ribs. The Dino Bone , as it is called on the menu, in this small NY town, is bests them all!!

A MUST go for sure!! The place is small but cozy, they smoke meat to perfection! Great execution by the cooks! Everything is juicy and tasty. Great job! I tried the Texas Trinity with my family and we loved it!

Delicious! And I'm pretty picky about my barbecue. Walk in Service is very fast. My favorite was definitely the brisket make sure to get some pickled red onions.

EVERYTHING on the menu was nothing less than special. Amazing food. Best BBQ around hands down. The bbq tacos are amazing the staff are great.
