I don't frequent Farmer Boys restaurants, but I picked up food via drive thru at the Baldwin Park location. The wait was a little long but the employee at the drive thru window was great. He apologized for the wait and was very attentive. I receivedmy food fast and he also offered condiments. I wanted to leave him a tip BUT didn't have cash and with Covid-19 and all, Ihaven't carried cash in a long time. Good burger but real bad service. Some guy who said his name was Ever and claimed to be the general manager called me a lair when I questioned my order. He was extremely rude with major attitude. No wonder the other employees demonstrate no form ofpolite customer service. They are just following his lead. I know several others who have bad experiences with this guy Ever whoclaims to be the GM. Wouldn?t recommend this location because of Ever and his bad attitude toward customers. The entire staffneed some serious customer service training.
my 5 star rating is only for the customer service....they have an employee that is super friendly and truly a pleasure. if i had to rate the food prices, i'd honestly give them a ????. ......the 3 piece fish fries (2) was not good at all, the BBQchicken wrap was only ok, since it set us back $36, we did eat the food, but it was not at all enjoyable. most likely won't bereturning for anything.

I ordered a combo for and was given old French fries. So I went back to get fresh ones. I had asked to have burger cut in half. Open it up when I got home. The burger appeared to be old too. More than half of bottom bun was missing. I refuse make anothertrip. I love farmer boys for. More in likely will not return to this location. Smh
One of the cooks had this grungy hair and continued to keep scratching his head with the gloves on well preparing the food so choose not to eat their after I ordered my food and had to get a refund because almost g it into a fight with both cooks cause of it other than that I like the place
Food was tasty. Tasted the hamburger, fresh ingredients nice grill flavor. The chicken crispy sandwich was not crunchy with batter build up. Had nice coating of breadcrumbs on real chicken not processed. Is lil pricey that's the only reason not a 5
First visit. I Was happily surprised at the size of the burger and the amount of bacon. Delicious and filling. Ended up being the only meal I needed that day ?

Have only been here once, but it was a great experience. Food was fresh and tasty. Would definitely go here again.
I love this place. The food is very fresh tasty, it's the best fast-food restaurant in California.
