I have been a loyal customer at Farmer Brothers for over 7 years. Unfortunately, the new management has resulted in terrible service. Despite offering great coffee products from US Foods, Pure Hard, and Sysco, our machine broke down. It took 3 weeks for a technician to come and look at the machine, only for it to remain unrepaired. The technician promised to find a new machine within a week, but it has now been over 7 weeks without any follow-up or coffee. I highly recommend staying away from this restaurant as their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. It has been nothing but stressful and headache-inducing.
