I really enjoy visiting the Danville Farmers’ Market, especially during the summer months when I can pick up juicy nectarines and fresh corn on the cob. However, I have a big issue with the presence of dogs at the market. On Saturday, June 24, around 11:45 am, I spotted four dogs in the market during my brief 10-minute visit. Although there are signs indicating “No Dogs” around the market, I frequently see dogs there, and it seems like there's no one to enforce this rule. On my visit, the booth where the manager is typically stationed was unstaffed. this farmers' market seems to be running all year round, it's a pretty big parking area, food, flowers, fruits, crafts.Sometimes we bike there on saturdays morning, have a rest on the benches, buy something to eat, chat with friends for a while, then head back. pretty enjoyable.
