I've visited this restaurant before. I still like it, but it's been going down hill. I placed a curbside order for an 8 pm pickup. I got to the curbside spot a little before 8 and called it in. I was told my food was ready and they'd be out shortly. I watched as car after car pulled up and got their order before I did. I flagged down 2 of the employees when they brought other people's food and they promised to look into my order. After waiting in the curbside spot for 45 minutes, I called again and my food was brought out cold a few minutes later. The service here is incredibly warm and family-friendly, making it a fantastic spot for a family outing or a date night. Parking is located behind the building, within an area that hosts various businesses, so finding a nearby spot might be a bit challenging. However, there is also a Fred Meyer parking lot nearby that is quite convenient. The restaurant is very accommodating to children, welcoming their energy and providing boosters and high chairs. It also seems to be wheelchair accessible. Overall, a delightful place for families and couples alike!

Waited an hour for our food. Server never checked in on us. We had to ask them for help. Pizza was worn and not hot. Must have been sitting for some time before serving us. We usually dine at Farelli's for lunch but went for dinner with our kids and grandkids. The server was super attentive and helpful. I can't say I've ever been disappointed at Farreli's and this visit was no exception. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
