I have came here from time to time to place my order and I see how they treat others vs how they treat black people here at this location. I tell them what I want to eat and they be rude, evil toward me like I did something wrong and I’m sick of it and they need to be gone. On the 29 of April I came at 8:30 to order she stated my card not working so I go to another restaurant and my card is working. Why would I go there and my card don’t work and it’s sad because I took my card and left and I seen how she took the others card and was happy. Excellent burgers. The spicy fries are the best! They are not spicy hot. They are very flavorful. I got a Little Mo Combo Meal and had enough fries to split with my mother. Everything is cooked when you place your order. And they put the condiments you want on your burger. The Little Mo burgers are huge. I can 't imagine how large the other burgers must be.I highly recommend eating here. It is a drive through. If they are crowded; a person usually comes out to get your order before you drive up to the window, so they will have the order ready for you when you get to the window.They are on Franklin Rd. in the Melrose area beside a carwash.? I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. They mixed up my order with my roommate's and were unwilling to refund or remake it. The staff were quite rude and unwelcoming. They even said, "If your order was wrong, don't come back." I had heard positive things about this restaurant, so I was really let down. It's frustrating to encounter such poor service and a lack of accountability. It feels like a total waste of time. I will certainly take their words to heart and will not be returning.
I ordered a burger that was soggy, and the meat was very tough. I also got a chicken sandwich for my child, but the chicken was dry and so thin it resembled jerky. They mistakenly put hot sauce on it instead of BBQ sauce, which caused my child to choke on the first bite. This used to be my favorite restaurant when I was a kid, but the quality has really declined. The food was disappointing, and after spending $25, the only thing we could actually eat were the fries. It was just awful.

When we pulled up the building didn’t look great. But I love supporting small businesses. I told them exactly how I wanted our burger and fries. We got the 1lb burger! It was delicious! Support Fat Mo’s it’s not to far off of I24 and really worth it! My husband also agrees.

Usually a burger joint that looks as run down as this ends up being a hidden gem. This place is not it. Go across the street to Five Guys, Jimmy Johns, or Chic fil a.
Best drive thru burger in Nashville. No hyoe. No pretense. Gem of a joint. For me it’s the deluxe burger, gyro sandwhich, stuffed jalepeños, and chocolate shake.

Was okay, not anything to write home about. Wanted to try something local only to Nashville. I did, and I don't have anything positive or negative to say.
