After discovering its Sarlardais counterpart, we wanted to discover this one. The setting is magnificent with the river on one side and the cliff on the other. The dishes are prepared with care and well explained during service. Something to delight the taste buds. Small point of improvement without removing a star, an appetizer with the aperitif like its counterpart : Then a little less loud music from the neighboring establishment without continuous notification would make the setting perfect.
Very good address, dishes cooked to perfection, with a lot of knowledge and well thought out. The prices are very reasonable given the work done, the servers explain the dishes well. We went to this restaurant for lunch. We took a dish and enormously delighted, the dish was refined. The servers very nice. So we came back in the evening and took the whole menu.
