After a disappointing first visit I decided to give it a second chance because my son wanted to check it out. We were the only customers in the restaurant but had to stand at the counter waiting to place our order because the two employees were discussing staffing issues. They were right next to us so they knew that we were there but chose to make us wait to place our order. Very unprofessional. Both the pizza and breadsticks were burned so I had to go back to the counter and request that they remake them. They did remake the order without any issue and it was much better the second time. Before we left a staff member brought out dessert as an apology for the burnt food. The pizza was decent but certainly not worth the poor customer service. We will not be going back.
We moved to the area about a year ago and have been frequenting this location since then. We started out really loving it but recently the quality has been poor. A couple of times, the dough was not stretched enough so the pizzas were abnormally small, sometimes the dough is not proofed enough. The pizzas have at times been poorly topped. This time, the dough seemed old because it was chalky white in color. The wood taste from the cooking process was extremely prominent, like the ovens need to be cleaned or something. Pizza is one of the very few meals we do takeout but now we may not even be getting that anymore with the quality going downhill.
