I have only given a bad review one other time after being in the food industry for almost 7 years. But jeez, they messed up both of our orders, we’re SUPER rude and blamed the mess ups on us. After I waited 40 minutes to get my wife’s food, the wings looked like they were so old it could give us food poisoning potentially (I would know because I know what old wings look like after working with them for 7 years). My wife had two and threw them away. She was concerned about getting sick and they were completely over cooked. My burger flavor tasted great, but after all the issues, the need to remake it because they kept messing up, it wasn’t hot, and we paid too much for that terrible experience. Oh and the veggies were super old and gross looking. It does seem like the manager was stressed and super busy, but you just can’t do that to people. I asked if she would comp the wings and that is when she snapped at me. So as promised, here is the review. Note the pictures of the crusty wings that looked like she purposely made them awful with hardly any sauce. We should have kept the first round of tradition wings that were supposed to be boneless because at least they looked good. These look like she was angry and did this on purpose. My wife who is a professional chef didn’t appreciate any of this obviously. So it was bad enough that I called our bank asking to be refunded.
