Review for FatDuck Tavern Grill: I recently revisited FatDuck Tavern Grill and I'm sad to say that my experience was not as satisfying as it used to be in the past. Over the years, there have been noticeable declines in different aspects of the restaurant. The food, which used to be a highlight, has suffered from a decline in quality. While the wings and burgers still manage to stand out as decent options, they no longer carry the same appeal that they once did. I don 't eat out regularly so when I do eat out I am judgemental. This place was great. We ate various items and each one hit the spot. When out for lunch I typically order a cheeseburger. It was promptly prepared and smelled great. I was impressed! It was practically perfect as was the fries, cooked in duck fat. Others ordered their Grilled Chopped Chicken salad and Smoked Chicken Wings. We all enjoyed our food and the ambience from eating in the outer area on a nice summer day. Thanks FatDuck!

This review is from November 29, 2020 but I have been back a few times after and my rating for FatDuck has not changed. It is a great local establishment that offers a variety of drinks and delicious food. It is a good place to watch any games too. They have a great “outdoor” seating option. I put “outdoor” because they did a good job making you still feel inside on their patio which is very warm. I recommend to try their burgers and duck fat fries.

Highly recommend the buffalo shrimp, with the buffalo sauce on the side. I usually enjoy the FatDuck fries but they were DRENCHED in oil when I ordered them at my last visit. That was disappointing. I also miss the original dipping sauces for the fries. I had a Prosecco Mule for the first time, and that was delicious! FatDuck is a local hit when it comes to drinks and bar food.

It's was delicious. I went with some friends a little before the kitchen closed. I don't suggest doing that. The food was good but I always feel like quality lowers at that time because the cooks are ready to go. Honestly that's anywhere. One of the friends I was with sent the food back cuz it tasted burnt so that's why I say that. He got another plate and was much satisfied

Comfortable, laid back and accessible pub restaurant with ample space and seating, both in front and back and outside when weather permits. Excellent beer menu, good wine offerings and sufficient food plates, dishes and sandwiches. Reasonably priced, good service and plenty of sports TV viewing. Nice time in larger or smaller groups.

The food is great, I'm part of her truffleries as the side. The price of the fleet is reasonable and diversity is huge. There is always something unique that meets the place. It should be noted that our usual server (Chris) makes the experience all the better. Would definitely recommend

Our volleyball team ate here and the food was great. Plenty of room to accommodate 15 of us. The chicken wings was great. Seasoned fries and Mac and cheese was also a winner. Will defiantly come back here next time we come visit the Windy City

In the area for some client work and asked coworker which place in area must try. He recommended this place and didn’t disappoint. Fries were awesome and Buffalo chicken wrap was great as well. Fantastic service!
