Three of us enjoyed dinner on the terrace along the walkway. The service was good, and the food was excellent. Half Moon Bay boasts several great Italian restaurants, but this one stood out today. The beet salad was a prime example of how to elevate a classic dish into something exceptional. The chef did this with nearly everything we ordered, even putting a fresh spin on the bruschetta, which is a classic. Our meal was on the pricey side at $75 per person, but the quality of the food was superb, and the presentation was excellent.
We enjoyed an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. We started with the beet salad and the butter lettuce salad, both of which were excellent. The pappardelle pasta was the best we’ve ever tasted. We also tried the prosciutto and burrata pizza, which was outstanding. Our server, Carlos, was incredibly attentive and considerate. I highly recommend this restaurant!
I’ve eaten here on multiple occasions and never been disappointed. I enjoy the seafood which is fresh, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. For lunch I usually go for the mussels with pork belly and use the fabulous focaccia to sop up the oil and spices that are at the bottom of the cast-iron pan. I’m drooling again. Service is excellent.
I love it every time I come here, and I always look forward to coming back again. My friend and I have been here three times now for brunch. The food is great, the ambience is great, the staff are amazing and the drinks are delicious. I’m looking forward to bringing my husband here sometime soon :

We spent New Years Eve at Fattoria E Mare. Our 5 course meal was relaxing, exceptionally creative, and delicious. For example, the dessert, a chocolate molten cake was surrounded with spun sugar and set on fire! You can see that creativity flows freely at Chief Pablo Estrada’s Fattoria E Mare.
The ambiance was lovely, and the service was outstanding. The food was served piping hot and was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed calamari, a beet salad with citrus, seafood risotto, spinach pasta with crab, and finished with tiramisu for dessert. Everything was incredibly tasty!
Best restaurant on the Coast! My first time there and everything was excellent! Had the cheese tray which is a meal in itself. Then friend loved the scallops and my avocado toast with potatoes was so well done. Tiramisu one of the best I’ve had. Best place for special occasion!
