This was awful. We went on a Friday night around 6pm. The place was dead. There were 3 people standing around when we walked in, they looked at us and continued talking. We waited several more minutes before a girl in a hoodie came and seated us. The server was okay but not very friendly. There were no kids menus they gave us a small piece of paper with things written down. We got our bread and it was literally the size of nuggets. They served it anyway which tells me there are zero standards here. We ordered an appetizer and the loaded fries were cold and old and the cheee wasn’t even melted. First off, the waitress was amazing and extremely apologetic. The food was decent. Zero air conditioning inside the building. Temperature was close to 85° inside and has been this way for months. Corporate refuses to have the units fixed and could care less about the staff or customers. Staff was having to seat customers towards the front of the building because the area was the coolest. Walk towards the back, and it is a sauna. Poor kitchen staff have got to be miserable. It would be one thing if the unit had just gone out but was advised that it has been this way for at least 3-4 months.
We’ll the place only had half the stuff on the menu ordered then went to restroom. Carpet was so dirty my feet stuck to floor the restroom hadn’t been cleaned in no telling how long and I was there just as they opened. The table was sticky not sure if it was that dirty or the old pant or whatever coating was worn off. If it’s nasty up front it’s nasty in the back! Service: Dine in
The times we've dined, they seem to be short-staffed, but just about everything we've had made it worthy of a return. If you enjoy chicken tenders, they truly are the most tender. Nice selection of appetizers, as well. One suggestion: keep some malt vinegar on-hand for those that order fish chips, please! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Went to join them for lunch today and a posting on the door stated they are permanently closed as of August 23rd 2023. I will miss them including the one in blue ridge closed as well. I’m sorry to see the small business not being able to make it with the high cost of labor and supplies. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I would say it's one of the worst restaurants in Jasper but they're all pretty bad. Not one restaurant up here has any employees that's worth a damn. Would be nice to have a Chick-fil-A up here but why do that when the people here would just ruin it anyway? Another typical food Service establishment that has fallen off. Service: 1
How have I never come across this place before. The food is amazing. Portions are eye popping. The full bar, is on point and our tender took excellent care of our beverages. Cozy place and was not busy on a Saturday lunch time.
The Calabash chicken tenders are delicious. Cheese grits are a must. The Mac ?n Cheese is nope. I wish there more Fatz Cafes in Georgia. I enjoyed them immensely when I went to college in South Carolina.
