Favourite - Reservar una mesa

I have been your customer for the last 7 years and my whole family loves your food. We eat atleast once a week from here. However recently your staff member whose probably the manager (a srilankan big guy) has been extremely rude with me. When i asked him to make my order, he refuses to fry it saying its either finished or come back after an hour, even when other staff member are willing to make the order he tells them off. I have never had this kind of customer service from your shop before. Previously a lot of people have worked here and all were very professional and nice.
