correct reception but far from being warm. a beautiful card with choice whether on the card or in formula. dishes are of quality and fresh. The fish is very good with really correct slices. a good time in a quality Japanese restaurant. remains to progress on the very reserved reception.
Nothing to say as usual. always a pleasure to taste your dishes. It has nothing to do with a Japanese or a Chinese at will you have to know how to make a difference. actually the choice is more limited but at least the kitchen is carefully prepared.
Very good restaurant, the Miso soup is excellent and the very good cabbage salad with an acid free vinaigrette! The sushi sounds generous in fish and very good! The only flat I can mention is the price that is dear to me. But I give a five!
