Very friendly staff, it was probably the highest point of the visit. The Korean lady was the friendliest waiter/host that I've probably ever had. She was greeting everyone that came in/out instantly putting a smile on their faces. Last time I ordered the Spicy Italian Slider and it was great, could've been spicier. This time I visited I ordered the Pepperoni pizza sticks and it wasn't greasy and tasted great. My only downsides was they removed their Coca Cola freestyle machine (they did still have a good variety of diet sodas still) and lids were stocked upside-down. The food was delicious to a point, then the edges were burnt and hard of my lasagna. But the center was very good. You can tell they use those uncooked baked noodles to be faster. But as for my husband and daughters spaghetti, it's too easy to mess up. They loved it. Enough portion and was very good for fast food! But they were low staff, the person who cleans up the dishes was slacking.
We absolutely adore Fazoli's and were excited to find that one is still operating nearby, especially since many have closed. The food tasted just as delicious as we remembered, and the breadsticks were amazing!
all fazoli are years ago in our antidote. in huntington, ww. it's like we remembered it! we have our favorite dishes and the best broth sticks of all time. a special trip I think we're coming back!

The Oven-Baked Classic Sampler was excellent—served hot and fresh. The Triple Chocolate Cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory Bakery was also outstanding. Overall, the food was quite impressive!
Overall, it's a good restaurant! I'm not big on Italian food, but I do like this place. Food has always been super hot and fresh! Breadsticks were always on point! Absolutely delicious!
Pizza sticks were amazing.. I just wanna thank the pretty, friendly cook who is always on point with everything she does.. never drops the ball no matter how busy it gets. Perfection
The cheesecake was smaller than my hand and served sideways. There was hardly any meat sauce—mostly just noodles.

The pasta was clumped together and didn't seem freshly made, but the sweet tea was fantastic!
