To all Fazoli employees, our family loves to come. Food is great and service is fast. People are also friendly. Then all said, to the lady who tried to help our son get his trash away, (Kym), I'm sorry he came out rudely and didn't want to cooperate. He has autism and social and communication areas are a struggle. All social manierisms, gestures or cubits that he cannot process like typical people. Please know that as his parents we work with his therapists every day to train him in social development. If he is anxious or overwhelmed, he develops challenging behavior. Ray Ray and who I believe was the manager but didn’t get her name, were friendly and helpful at the drive thru. I had a question about how to redeem a reward and they were on point. Will definitely be returning. Thank you both!

Great customer service! Store5081. I think the manager name is Rebecca. She was excellent. Checked to make sure our food was prepared correctly. Food was hot snd of course the bread was wonderful!

We had 12 people at our party. The food was served hot and fast. Breadsticks flow like water. The service was the best ever. The Sunday crew probably covered her.
