Fazoli's - Reservar una mesa

I’m so glad I finally had the chance to try this restaurant! I absolutely won’t settle for drive-thru service; Italian cuisine deserves a sit-down experience. I understand the challenges with staffing, but the inconsistent hours were frustrating. We attempted to dine in several times, only to find it either closed or only available for drive-up service. I appreciate that they were actually open this time! The food was fantastic, and our server was excellent. I wish I could remember his name—he was tall with dark hair and wore large earrings. He was very kind and attentive!

I had an amazing experience! The manager, Darrick, was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding customer service. He greeted us warmly when we arrived, assisted us with a large order that needed dietary adjustments, and ensured that everything was correct when our food was ready. Plus, considering the size of our order, we received it surprisingly quickly! I wish I could give him 10 stars!

This place is fantastic! The manager, Darrick, was amazing. His team worked tirelessly and efficiently. I will be a lifelong customer as long as Darrick is in charge because both his employees and customers have great respect for him, and it's essential to keep him on board! The team is truly one of the best as well! They collaborated seamlessly, which is something noteworthy in today’s world!

This Fazoli's has been recently remodeled (May 2022). It looks good however there really wasn't much of a change from the previous version. One thing that did change was the fancy multiple option Coke machine was removed. I really enjoy the food at Fazoli's however this store isn't managed very well. I hope it improves.

$15 for a whole meal for basically anything on menu... employees are only running drive thru and still screwing up. Unfortunately don't see how anyone will continue to come here. Lagondolas in Quincy will give you double the food for the same price as fazolis. Go there.

Carbonated tea!! Yuck! It didn't matter because they were out of it and everything else except coke and diet. Food was room temperature. I used to love this place. After the dining room closed forever now it's been ruined for me. Change isn't always good.

I understand that staffing is hard. We were excited to find the place open for inside dining. Waited about 10 minutes with only a couple of people in front of us. Took about 20 minutes to get our order. Restroom was out of toilet paper and paper towels.

We typically love Fazoli's but this experience was a nightmare. Very short staffed and most of the tables were a mess and trash and dirty dishes were overflowing. There were not any bread sticks available. Not good but hopefully better next time.

Great food but I 'm NOT going to a drive thru for spaghetti. If I can 't dine in, I 'll make it myself at home,.. who wants lukewarm spaghetti?!?! Until the dine in is open again,.. I 'm out.

Sat in the drive through before I realized the Restaurant was closed on a Sunday at 5:30pm. Never coming here again! Sign says open every day until 9pm...
