Fazoli's - Reservar una mesa

This special restaurant chain used to be really good. We had in front of one in Arizona and we always ate there. They had a signed Italian dressing that was simply brilliant and the food was very tasteful and super delicious. We drove through the city and we came from the highway to get gas, we saw the Fazoli shield and we were super excited. We went and we ordered what we ordered and unfortunately it wasn't very good. They no longer have the signature dressing, they brought us some sort of alternative dressing, maybe because of the supply chain or demand, but it wasn't as good as the other things. My pizza was very simple, my wife Pasta dish had very little taste and my son even did not eat the two slices of pizza we got him and he is an 18-year-old growing boy. The staff was extremely polite and they were very nice, there was an employee and he was brand new, it was perhaps his first day or maybe his second day on the job and it was fun to deal with him. He was one of those who knew he didn't know what he was still doing, but was not afraid to tell you, and I can respect that. I am super disappointed that this place does not meet our expectations. I won't write a bad review to them, because maybe it was just us, maybe our expectations were really high because of our loving memories of the other location. It is so nice to have an alternative to Hamburger and Tacos! This place has a nice selection of Italian favorites such as lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs. There is also a delicious pizza spaghetti bags and boneless wings. The salads are fresh and crisp. They have these soft, warm bread sticks that are brushed with garlic butter to die! Let me just say that it was so good that I didn't get any pictures of my order.

Customer service was super tidy and heartwarming. Gather me time to look at the menu and answer my curiosity. Place the meal on my table and then pick up. To eat a lot. Have chicken alfredo with a piece of Pepporoni pizza to go with some bread sticks. Food tasted little over salty, but still good taste.

Excellent food and customer service. In addition, the franchise owner Ajay is extremely humble and he has no problem working the counter and the interaction with the customers. I will definitely eat several times a month at this Fazolis stand.

Reasonable lunch specials. Parking lot a bit of a challenge- several eateries in same area. Spaghetti delicious and they accommodated me not wanting too much sauce. : Only negative is that breadsticks are beyond salty. :
