Fazoli's - Reserva de mesa

My first experience at Fazoli's restaurant was at its southern location on 4800 SE 14th Street in Des Moines. Fazoli also has a location on Merle Hay Road, which my mother and her friends visited regularly. She often gets something for me so I ignorantly enjoyed that her food has taken out often, but I did not make the connection before I dinning inside. The restaurant: This location has amble parking and has Dine in, drive thru, and take out. Service: My friend went in to order for both of us while I finished a zoom meeting in the car. The food was fine, no complaints there. Service is very slow and has been for awhile. I understand staffing restaurants is an issue right now, however, when we went inside (because the drive thru wasn't moving) there were 5 people in the kitchen and noone behind the counter. We waited about 5 minutes before someone greeted us. The gentleman who did was very courteous. 2 morepeople came in behind us and he took the time to help them with menu questions after we had already ordered. After that, wewaited roughly 25 minutes for our food in the lobby in front of the registers. During this time, a younger male employee in thekitchen was just ripping into a coworker. I ordered a large to-go order with 16 servings and the entire staff was fully engaged from beginning to end. It was just before lunchtime so there weren't many other customers, yet they treated me as if I was their top priority. Every single one of them was pleasant and friendly! I will definitely be returning for a meal for myself very soon.

The service was fantastic. I hadn't visited in a while, maybe two years? The food came out quickly and was delicious. They deserve 5 stars on my order. My order was baked spaghetti with sauce,no meat per my request. It had plenty of sauce this time and I even bought extra sauce because usually it's too dry for me. Fresh breadsticks too.

Love the food hate the drink options. Only get like 3-4 drink options not everyone drinks pop . They need maybe an assorted drink machine with many different flavors and drink options. That all it’s missing

Tanya was our server through drive thru . She was amazing quick and made sure she repeated our order to us, served us with nice warm breadsticks. Definitely good at her job

I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. The meal was delicious, but I suggest putting more meat sauce on the spaghetti as some bites were a bit dry. Reserva una mesa ahora
