Let’s face it… No one comes to Fazoli’s for the customer service. We’re all here for the breadsticks. So can you imagine after a 80-hour work week at the hospital, I just needed some comfort food. This particular Fazoli’s was in the middle of a mile dinner rush. The drive-through was full, DoorDash orders were stacking up, and guests kept arriving. Chaz was running in the front by himself, but far from being frazzled, he was polite, friendly, managing his orders like a professional, and keeping staff and guests alike smiling. I just wanted to say thank you for helping us at our point of panic. A rehearsal dinner with about 40 guest and I'd called the location we'd made our order with and they didn't have our order. I about cried! Called you in a pinch and your staff who answered the phone took it on like a champ. We showed up, picked up our to go catering order. As we were loading it up a member of your staff came out and apologized for our experience at the other location and was kind, helpful and had follow through. The Fettuccine was hot and delicious as were the bread sticks. We won't worry about trying the closest location next time, we will simply call you. Thank you!

I love the "Loaded Spaghetti" dish at this restaurant! They even know my dog, who always wants a side of sausage. We are regular customers, dining here once a week. Guldino, the owner, treats us well and even spoils us with breadsticks that are nice and crispy. This place is one of the best choices for dinner, the food is delicious! I highly recommend it!

The food at Fazoli's is always fresh and delicious. Despite what hipsters may say, don't let their snobbish attitudes deter you from enjoying a meal here. They may claim it's not authentic Italian food, but they're the ones going to Olive Garden and indulging in their dishes. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was fresh and it tasted pretty good. But Fazoli is good regardless. Let the hipsters tell you nothing other than holding their nose and saying It is not really Italian while they go into the olive garden and stuff their face there.

The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and the Italian food is delicious and served quickly. The portions are large enough to take leftovers home. Bread sticks are brought to your table if you run out.
