Fazoli's - Reserva de mesa

This is the place to go for good Italian cuisine. You have lunch specialties I usually get. It is two items from the list (about $6.50 with drink) they have next to the register. A main dish and a salad. The people who work there are very friendly and will answer all your questions. Very clean tables and floors (and toilets). Very reasonable price on food. But! But! The disadvantage is when I go there I travel 15 miles because Fairview Heights is one of my favorite places to shop. So before I leave the house, do I see the dining room is open? Yeah, but her front door is closed. The ride thru is open, but who in the middle of winter, or summer wants to sit in their car and eat spaghetti and b...

I don?t know why this place is rated so low on Yelp but I enjoyed my orders through Doordash). I travel for work so I have tried many Fazoli?s and I think this place in particular were very generous with the portions especially with the meat sauce onthe spaghetti. I added $1.88) breaded chicken for my Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo and I was very happy with how much theygave. Overall, I enjoyed the food. I?ll order from them again.

Our visit to the restaurant is usually pleasant, but it was not as enjoyable this time. Despite being short-staffed, the employees who were working were very kind and professional. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the presence of some rude customers. I commend the staff for handling the situation well. It was disheartening to witness the disrespectful behavior of the family towards their elderly member.

This place is great!!! They got my order mix up with someone else’s and I had to drive 20 mins back home to discover I had another order. When I return the food, With no Hesitation’s they replaced my entire order and gave a little more for the Inconvenience. This is a great example of a great business that cares about their customer. We ordered our food online. Unfortunately, we took too long to get to the restaurant because the staff informed us that the food was finished over 30 minutes before our arrival. They don't give up any food that sits for 30 minutes or more. Luckily, we were able to reconquer our food order for the great Fazoli employees. Thank you, Fazoli.

I ordered the pasta Alfredo and was disappointed to find that it had been heated in the microwave, resulting in a goopy and chunky texture. I didn't feel like arguing for a refund, but in hindsight, I should have. On the bright side, the breadsticks were fresh and tasty.

The food was excellent. I initially thought the brownie would be homemade, but it turned out to be a Triple Chocolate Ghirardelli Brownie. It exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Additionally, the staff were wonderful.

My food was great, I had the chicken parm, my wife had wings. While her hot wings were hot as in spicy they were not hot temperature wise. My salad was also quite good. Overall a good experience but the wings were a disappointment. Reserva una mesa ahora

For fun with our children for unlimited bread sticks. Lunch wasn't bad for being cheap. Wide range of vegetarian options.
