I will begin by saying Fazoli’s has truly let me down. They REFUSED to serve our tired, hungry, paying, AND respectful party with no reasoning whatsoever. Knowing we had a large party, we took the proper precautions and called the day preceding this incident. They gave us three options: we could order catering online the day before, order family style meals the morning of, or order off the regular menu. Well I am taking the fourth option. MY OPTION. We came in for dinner. I understand it’s Veterans Day and it’s been hectic. Service was great but a vet came in and asked about the discount. He received a free spaghetti as did his wife. When the employee called the order back the cook said “let me guess. For another Salvation Army employee” as he rolled his eyes. Everyone in the restaurant heard what he said and several walked out without ordering.
Customer service just ain’t customer service anymore! Smh. Dude at the register had a terrible attitude. I will drive 45 mins to Harbison Blvd first before I ever come here again! Gas is high and two notch is closer but it isn’t worth driving to two notch when the customer service is trash.
I tried Fazoli's for the first time. I wanted to try their spaghetti pizza. It was tasty. We were given two bread sticks per meal. Oh, my, they must soak them in butter. They were so tasty. The next time we order, extra bread sticks, please.

You get a great amount of food for the price. It's quite good overall, but it leans heavily towards being overly salty. Even the breadsticks were so salty that their flavor was overshadowed—you could only really taste the salt.
Dirty. Run-down. Appears to be in mid-renovation. Bathrooms locked. Told only doing takeout but later said we could eat in. Over-priced. Cold food. Breadsticks were amazing, only reason this was not a one star.
The restaurant closed early and just sat there looking at the drive-thru line instead of letting customers know that they had decided to close 30 minutes ahead of schedule.
The food was excellent, and the staff were both efficient and incredibly friendly! Keep up the great work!
