Fazoli's - Reserva de mesa

I will never return! I ordered dinner for pickup and discovered when I got home that two items were missing from my order. I called the restaurant to inform them, and instead of addressing the issue, they got angry at me. It's not my fault they can't fulfill an order correctly. To make matters worse, they hung up on me while I was still speaking with them. This is extremely unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

Let's be honest: the only thing keeping this restaurant afloat are the breadsticks conveniently sold right across the street at Walmart. The pizza tastes like something you'd find at a gas station, and the pasta isn't much better. This place was great ten years ago, but now I think Chuck E. Cheese has better food.

You're supposed to post notices at idk eye level? I'm not reading every freaking sign to see way about those that yall aren't taking cash. I understand I sound like a Karen but it's freaking stupid when it's already hard enough to get to this location. And I know I have already had a bad day but like why?

My team at Tidal Wave Auto Spa love our Jonesboro Fazzoli's. I really believe it's the fast drive through with wonderful food that drives my team to return on our quick lunch hour. Good food, great prices, and fast service all create return customers in my book! Reserva una mesa ahora

There were no more clean forks because they haven't done them yet..... Had to use the to go plastic fork that kept breaking. I believe I went through about 3 of them before I finished my meal. The fazzoli's in poplar bluff is ten times

Food was cold, inside smelled like body odor, staff is very rude first time and last time here, dint recommend them at all

The best breadsticks in person. They are never fresh when takeout is chosen. Overall dishes are good and made to order.
