Fazoli's on Hwy 94 at Friedens in St. Charles MO,#5910. is a very well run restaurant. It is clean and the food is always delicious. Today, Otita took my order with a smile. She was friendly, kind, and professional. When she brought my food to my table, she made sure everything was ok, and asked if I needed anything else. My thanks to Otita for her great customer service and for a job well done.

OTITA!!!!! SHE IS AMAZING!!! Went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. Truly. I am a mom and went and had dinner with my 2 yr old and my best friend and her 3 yr old and she catered to us and treated us like family. I appreciate her hardwork and effort to make me feel so welcome and cared for. For fast food this was exceptional and I will be back to see her!! Thank you so so SO much Otita!!!

Went through the drive through on our way through town. When we stopped to eat, realized they didn't put any breadsticks in the bag.
