I really like Fazoli's. I wish they had a location in the DFW area. If I am going to be in Waco or passing through I always try to plan on being there around lunch or dinner so I can go to Fazoli's. I had the oven baked classic sampler which had baked spaghetti, baked fettucine alfredo and lasagna. Everything had very good flavor. I think Fazoli's has better pasta dishes than Olive Garden or the average local Italian restaurant. They definitely have the best breadsticks. My family and I visited this restaurant over the weekend. While they do have a drive-thru option, we opted to dine inside. You place your order at the counter, and then they call out your number when your meal is ready for pickup. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was friendly. The prices are affordable and the atmosphere is very laid-back. The spaghetti and meatballs were delicious, but the fettuccine Alfredo was lacking in flavor. The breadsticks and pizza were decent, and the pumpkin cheesecake was a favorite. Though they mentioned that the cheesecake came with caramel sauce, we did not receive any. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
Large to-go Italian fast food that tastes like it came from a real Italian cuisine. I'm very happy to eat here again! The food tastes clean, hot and perfectly seasoned in traditional style. The only thing that is missing is always waiting to get your food! They are so fast for the quality of the food you get. To finish everything, they even sell Cheesecake Factory cheesecake!! Definitely a must try if you have not been here b4 or not in a while. You will not regret it!
I was excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, the food was quite bland. I suspect that the chicken in the chicken parmigiana dish was made with frozen chicken patties. The restaurant itself was outdated, with a restroom door that didn't fully close and old, faded toilet seats. I would give it 3 stars for its affordable prices and delicious mozzarella skewers and breadsticks. Those were definitely the highlights of the meal!

I always enjoy this place, I wish we had one close to my house. If we see one while traveling we will always choose it. This one didn’t let us down except for the bathrooms. Normally they are very clean, but this one was filthy and in disrepair. Might be because it is right off the freeway. Great food selection, great value and great tasting food. Always a good choice.
Baked lasagna was good but we wouldn’t say it to be fresh Italian. Chicken Carbonara was plenty served but wished the Alfredo was cheesy. Breadsticks were similar to Olive Garden but softer. All in all for the price you pay it was decent enough for a fast food establishment. The place is remodeled as of our visit.
It’s cheap and it’s good. I’m annoyed they charged me 0.50 for extra sauce but then didn’t give me extra sauce. It left the pasta really dry and bland, so I only ate the half with sauce. I paid almost $10 for half a portion. Bummer.
The friendly and honest staff I've ever met. You like to take care of you. I'm not sure when the interior closes, but the passage is open until 11:00.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, with quick service and attentive customer service. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The young lady on the front with glasses was really nice and really helpful. The food was also amazing.
