After having two slices of bread In the hospital at I decided to check the local cuisine to grab smth to eat. It is quite an old space and the interior didn't look inviting but if the food is good? So I ordered a...salami pizza, I expected a flat/thin salami pizza and I received more like pan pizza from Pizza Hut. okay for me! Wasn't what I expected but it was not soggy at all and had a fluffy big crust and u can see especially the white part on it,the melted cheese.. I liked it! Different kind of pizza, not the regular Italian one but tasty. And the owners have been super nice even though it was already after hours and I interrupted their own dinner. Sorry)
alone the lasagne in restaurant springula is worth a trip to bad segeberg. we can only recommend the restaurant because not only the lasagne also all other dishes are really good. the red house wine for 10,90 half the liter is excellent and the prices for the food and the other drinks are moderate.The service is flashy and friendly and the ambiente pleasant, however the chairs in the winter garden are needy and could be renewed after time. this is also the only restriction, because otherwise we can only recommend the restaurant to everyone.
I had a pizza which was soggy and overpowered by cheese, my colleague had a pasta dish which he was happy with. Som other tables had the salads and they look ok The service is fine, nothing special. Would have given it stars if...not for the fact that it was quite dirty there. advice. Do not look up as its really not appetizing Prices are really cheap. We paid EUR for pizza, pasta beers but would have preferred to pay a bit more and eat at a clean place
we were on the way back from hamburg and wanted to eat in one of the restaurants we know in segeberg. one was fully occupied, another closed on Saturday night. a third had no space for two parties. but the chef then recommended us the springula. we had good time, table free. delicious food, freshly prepared also with fresh ingredients. the service was nice and attentive and so the summary remains: recommended.

Wir hatten eine super leckere und vielseitige Antipastiplatte, Spaghetti mit Scampi, überbackene Tagliatelle, Lachsschitzel, und diverse andere Gerichte. Wie bisher immer, war alles total lecker, frisch und abwechslungsreich, der Service super freundlich. Immer wieder gern!
at the appetizers and the main dishes ( 3 sorts pizza ) nothing was to be objected. For our taste, especially in the calzone the teig was somewhat too powerful (many). here would leave a little less, the tasty, more in the middle.
Super delicious and absolutely great staff. Chaotic loving and every guest will be warmly welcomed. Well visited a reservation for several people is recommended.
