I visited Feed Bag Carry-out for the first time this morning, looking for a change from McDonald's or 7-11. I ordered a BLT and waited for my food as the place quickly filled up. I overheard a customer mention that he received a BLT instead of the turkey bacon BLT he had ordered, which caught my attention. I saw the owner take the sandwich from the customer and give it to the cook, who then removed it from the brown paper bag and placed it—still wrapped—in a bin with stacks of bread. After only a couple of seconds, the cook picked the sandwich back up, set it on the counter, removed the bacon, and put it back on the grill, all while crumpling up the bread and wrapping as if to throw them...
