All in all just good. I love bars and restaurants that have an overall concept with a story that fits! Delicious fresh food with good quality taste at a reasonable price. And even when eating, a presentation adapted to the name of the dish (gallows deadline). Super friendly and authentic service. Furnishings corresponding to the name Purgatory were a bit demonic, witch like, dark... I liked it overall because it fits into the overall concept. Clear recommendation. A super shop with incredibly good employees, from the festival to the Azubi. Friendly and open. The shop is built according to the model of an old tavern and looks great, which also applies to the menu. Everything is very old and simply an experience that attracts us as medieval fans. Update: All I wrote down some time ago is still valid since loosening the lockdown! Definitely worth a visit and the Corona rules are respected. From the outside a relatively inconspicuous house, which, however, is in the style of a medieval inn (always closer to hell than in the sky. The food is simply kept and at the same time it is tasty and rich. The operation is attentive and is characterized by real loose (and matching spells). Clear recommendation!

The visit there is always a great experience. The medieval furniture, the Met, the friendly service and the excellent gourmet food contribute to a very extraordinary but also harmonious/romantic atmosphere. Prices correspond to the quality of food. Very high. At least 20€ costs almost every dish. But that's really worth it. If you want to experience a unique culinary evening, this restaurant is 100% recommended.
Super delicious, I had the gallows fris(s)t and a delicious malty beer, Das Abt. And the 3 dips, simply super delicious, and the hidden bacon in the fried potatoes <3 love goes to the chef!
I just ordered here. Food was perfect at the agreed time. Also hot and super delicious. The roast potatoes were my highlight. Top and happy again!
