Das Fleisch ist immer sehr gut, der Service freundlich und man kann beobachten, dass ältere Stammkunden mit Namen angesprochen werden und sich sichtlich darüber freuen. Auch beim Mittagstisch finden wir meist etwas und es schmeckt auch immer gut. Heute hatte ich Rinderrouladenfleisch und das war einfach so richtig top. Ausserdem ist es faszinierend, wie Herr Maulick aus großen Stücken so tolle dünne Scheiben schneidet! Da ist kein flach Klopfen mehr nötig. Wir gehen gerne zum Maulick.
Wir haben heute Wurst gekauft, die Schinkenwurst war schon geschnitten auf 2 Stapel. Die oberste Scheibe war jeweils schon grau. Nach dem Abwiegen fehlten noch einige Gramm und es wurde vom 2. Stapel ebenfalls die obere graue Scheibe genommen. Wir beschwerten uns daraufhin und erhielten vom ersten Stapel eine Scheibe, die graue Scheibe wurde zurückgenommen. Von einer Frischtheke und der Werbung als Feinschmeckerhaus sollte bessere Qualität angeboten werden.
