Felix's Restaurant Oyster Bar Restaurant

Unfortunately my two friends and I saved our hunger for the wrong New Orleans restaurant. My gumbo was decent but the Po Boys were disappointing (not much seafood or seasoning); my fries came out cold; my friend ordered Brussel sprouts that were overcooked; and the mixed veggies that ordered as substitute for the fries never materialized. We should have went to Acme!

We sat on the second floor great view of bourbon street. Our servers Shelly and Nannette were super! Made us feel very welcome real home town feel. Food was good we had oysters and jambalaya along with other things. Would definitely go back next time in NOLA. Thanks!

We tried to order carry out. We were sent to the bar by two different hostesses. The bar tender was very rude. She told us to go to the hostess and that we should get a menu from the hostess. We were tired of running back and forth so we left.

So we're clear here, This is the ONLY Oyster Bar that I go to when I am in NOLA!! The food, staff and atmosphere is on pace to what I want my Nawlins experience should feel like!!!
