Very positively surprised with the truly new ideas of the kitchen. Very big offer on the menu, lets everyone find something. Smaller improvements are certainly possible in the atmosphere. Especially outside. In any case, there is a lot of potential in this restaurant. I am very excited as it develops. I'll be back. So, half year past and I came back, again very satisfied this time just before Christmas and in the interior: This is divided into 2 areas, in the back restaurant with the usual seating area at the front high tables and bar stools. Wir haben an einem Freitag Abend das Lokal mit 5 Prrsonen besucht. Bestellt wurde unterschiedlich, zweimal Hühnerkeulen auf irgendeine karibische Art, die einmal doch sehr dunkel (verbrannt) ankamen, ein Kartoffelgericht, ein Thaicurry und ein afghanisches Gericht. Dieses bestand aus einem Berg von unsagbar trockenem und völlig geschmacklosem Reis und noch trockeneren Köfte, die ebenfalls nach nichts schmeckten. Der Rote Beete Dip war ebenfalls sehr geschmacksneutral. Dieses Lokal werde ich bestimmt nie mehr betreten.
We had preordered 3x the pulled Duck Burger. Burger was prepared on time at the agreed date and was ready to take along after 2min waiting period. The burger tastes brilliant and is a good alternative to the classic Beef burgers. juicy duck meat with delicious sauce and blue herb. Only food by hand is almost impossible. Knife and fork are recommended here. Order again.
We were in the peasant for the first time this week and really excited. The kitchen is wonderfully creative and diverse, the quality of food excellent, the friendly and warm service finally made the lukewarm summer evening in the garden perfect. The restaurant Femerling is a very nice place with delicious dishes (also vegetarian). The staff is very nice and accommodating. All wishes will be addressed. The Flank-Steak can be highly recommended. It is also great that regional products can be used and the origin can be traced.
Excellent kitchen, great menu, for each. Since there is always a current daily map, it will never be boring for regular guests. Super value for money! A totally sympathetic host couple and nice staff. I felt really comfortable right now. Too bad I can only forgive 5 stars...
