Brewery Schumacher

We visited for lunch. We weren’t very hungry, so we shared a sausage platter and some potatoes. The seasoning was quite strong, but we really enjoyed the authentic sausages and beer. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, and it felt very comfortable. The outdoor seating was full, but the inside was quiet, so we were able to get a table right away. When our child started crying, the staff kindly brought over a picture book and even gave us some candy. Everyone was so friendly, and we really appreciated it.

Just what we needed after a long travel day. The mineral wasser was pricey FYI, but otherwise good prices and great food and Altbier. We may come back the second night.

I think that this place has been open a long time. You can feel the history in the room. Had an AWESOME pork knuckle, big enough to feed 3 people. Also...

One of my favourite places in DUS. Nice staff, atmosphere, dining room and patio. Clean toilette. Delicious food.
