I've already tried some farms-inn I found the best... and the worst. This corresponds quite to what we expect from a real farm-in-house: isolated, excellent meal worked out with a maximum of products from the farm.. and fare more than correct. First of all before you enter you enjoy the magnificent view of the Alsace plain (if you came to hike, you better do it before the meal); Then the meal: a good soup of vegetables to start, then a huge part of peaty and mellow peat, followed by a wonderful smoke palette (from the farm) accompanied by great melting potatoes to wish. a little salad to get a good conscience, and in dessert, I contented myself with a white cheese with kirsch...All to tell y...
this pretty farmhouse offers a magnificent view of the mountains of the entrance of the valley of munster as well as the plain of Alsace. The interior is decorated with a multitude of clarinets of different sizes, some really huge! a beautiful terrace adds to the beauty of this very typical place. In addition, the reception is polite and smiling. I had luncheon several times already in the family in this farm-inn a few years ago, and we all enjoyed the famous and delicious marcaire menu. We were looking for a farm that makes and sells Munster cheese and, after rambling this way and that due to poor directions, came upon this establishment. What a lovely situation on the slopes overlooking the plains of Alsace, cows grazing, bells tinkling and ... oh, yes, they also have pretty darn good food. A very nice, leaning towards the hearty, array of dishes, reasonably quickly prepared oh, and the place was almost full. always with our Alsatian friends for a few years now we go to this inn farm, whose welcome is pleasant and friendly no chichi here, for my part it is the beef that I take ( one of their speciality and suggestion) the meat is tender and tasteful with proportions well enough for me, more the prices practice are really in view of the very competitive portions, always a pleasant evening, it is now a forced passage,
c is a pure wonder you have to book but it is amazing how it is very good copious a very affordable extraordinary service and you have to take the menu marcaire I have no word to describe you the pleasure of eating with family and if you still want it there is and without supplement, again thank you and bravo for the success of the restaurant
