We called to make some reservations and were only asked if we liked lamb and roquefort and to come friday evening. Since we were a bit early, we were offered to take our apertif outside and the owners' dogs were great company. Once inside the feast started. No need to describe all the dishes, the pictures will say enough. The roquefort soufflé was amazing and I actually forgot to take a picture of the lamb, but take my word for it, it was some tasty meat. The owners are very friendly and spent a lot of time entertaining their guests.
in a warm setting in the middle of the larzac causse, the jassenove inn is really a very nice discovery: a menu provided: lamb paste , roquefort blown , lamb slices , cheeses and desserts (a chocolate marrow and a cherry flan to fall !!! excellent products very fresh and very well cooked ! we regale ! the welcome is really nice and the ratio quality price very interesting . attention : evening meals ^for groups only (see website )a nice address to advise !
Hostel closes in a lost but splendid place. A beautiful bedroom, a terrace and the causse. Single menu with 30 disappointing euros. The dishes are rather good and hearty but are far from the usual taste and authenticity. Repas banal, we expect better at this price. Too bad.
Katrine made us all very welcome and at the end of our meal brought our a lit birthday cake for our friend. A really nice touch. The food was excellent, we have never had a bad experience at Jassenove! Thank you so much.

What a welcome! Our hostess / kitchen helps her daughter is delicious. The place is superb, the pantagrual meal, a very good family kitchen. Our group came out of the house. Don't forget to book.
