During our stay at the mouth of the Gorges du Tarn we visited this auberge twice. Both meals were spectacular and very good value. There is a terrace outside but the weather was too hot for that! It 's one of those places where you get what Veronique cooks. On both occasions for us it was lamb different dishes and both delicious. I understand that it 's normally lamb or chicken. I guess that 's what they rear up there. The approach road from the south via Compeyre is interesting ! If your sat nav tries to take you through the village rather than skirting it, switch it off! The auberge is well sign posted from the west of Compeyre but that road was closed during our visits. Don 't the French...
This our third visit to this lovely restaurant while we have been staying in Camping Peyrelade. It was a warm night so all the meals were being served on the outside eating area, whose back drop drop was to overlook the Tarn valley. All the tables were taken, so if you are thinking of coming to eat at this memorable restaurant then make sure you book. The site has its own web site which has an on-line reservation service, which is very easy to use. They normally e-mail you back within an hour or so to confirm. The food as our previous visits was superb. This restaurant is now permanently on our list to eat at for next year.
Nous étions un groupe de 8 amis et nous sommes tous unanimes pour dire que nous avons adoré cette ferme auberge. Tout nous a plu : le cadre enchanteur, la salle de restauration avec un air de comme si on était chez notre grande tante , l’accueil extrêmement chaleureux et sympathique des propriétaires la maman et son conjoint ainsi que le fils) et enfin le repas délicieux du début à la fin! Merci à ce type de ferme auberge d’exister pour nous donner un instant de bonheur. Nous sommes ressortis avec le sourire aux lèvres et que nous gardons toujours plusieurs jours après.
Farmhouse located in an exceptional setting offering a vast panorama of the causses and the valley of the tar. reception is excellent and the dishes offered, very well presented, are 100% homemade with the products of the farm. It's delicious. Very good price. I strongly recommend this address.

superb place (viewed stars) for a post-promenade meal. The atmosphere is very relaxed. you feel the firm atmosphere inn: everything is homemade, the products are from the farm or right next, the dishes are generous without being copied. and what's good! to recommend without hesitation.
all dishes are very good and the whole is hearty. service is efficient and very friendly. The place is very quiet and the remarkable point of view.
Welcome to the summit! the chalet is beautiful as well as the view. We spent a great weekend in this authentic place. I recommend!
