I am amazed by this restaurant - the reviews are spot on. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the food is incredibly flavorful. I ordered the mixed sandwich platter with a side of kibbeh. The fries were cooked perfectly, the kibbeh was surprisingly delicious, and the meat was tender and flavorful. I didn't think I could finish it all, but it was too good to leave any behind. If I find myself in Cleveland again, I will definitely make a return visit.

First we wait 15 minutes but no body show up to get our order. I went to front desk a order the food and they said it will takes 20 minutes, after waiting for 45 minutes the order still wasn’t ready, after 50 minutes wait leave the restaurant because my son started cryingWorst meditrain restaurant

I tried the mixed Arabic-style Shawarma (half chicken, half beef) and it was delicious. The flavors were very authentic, and the garlic sauce was amazing. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this place! They also offer vegetarian options like Falafel and Fattoush.

So sad! This used to be our favorite! Now the garlic sauce tastes like pure mayo and the fry chicken is very dry. However the quality of the food varies from time to time. I don't know if it's because they have different chefs or their chef doesn't follows the same recipes. Reserva una mesa ahora

My Iraqi friend took me here to get a taste of my very first Shawarma Platter. I was very impressed with the food and service. Nice people who make great food. If I am ever in lakewood again, and am hungry, my first stop would be Ferris Shawarma! Food is Halal!

The restaurant has a nice aesthetic. I ordered a chicken shawarma, but the meat was overcooked and dry. I requested extra garlic spread, but received very little. The service was friendly and prompt, but overall I don't plan on returning.

Arabic Shawerma, and hummus were very good. Brought back memories of the Gulf.The chicken wings was a large portion and was decent, but didn't seem fresh.We went for lunch on a weekday and the restaurant wasn't crowded.Service was great.
