Hello, Stopping by to leave my feedback about ferry land. Nice place, great kids space, very friendly entertainers and attentive to the little ones. I highly recommend this place to anyone with small children. But I believe there is a lack of empathy on the part of management, I know that working with the public is not easy. We received poor service, the snacks took a long time and when we asked to cancel, the guy came to the table to force the order, saying that our word was not true. We just didn't leave because they were having a birthday, but people who like to be well attended to don't come. Children play, that's all. On hot days you die, there is no air conditioning Apart from the Ferry trio snack, the snacks are mini, don't fall for it

Unfortunately we had a bad experience as the service left a lot to be desired. There are no attendants at the table and when they do they don't enter the system and you have to check at the cashier The employees are reluctant to serve you. I was upset because I came as a guest on a birthday
