We recently ordered eight menus in this bakery, but our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived at the car, we found ourselves with a mountain of products and asked twice a bag to save time and store our purchases. Unfortunately, the seller wanted to give us a bag of jute canvas, and the manager stopped it by claiming that it was reserved for orders over 60€, without even checking our order, and even though we would have paid it as we asked! We tried to explain to him that our eight menus far exceeded €60, but it didn't seem to make any difference. I've been going to this bakery for a year now and I've put five stars on, but I have to get one out of it. Food and atmosphere are always very good but unfortunately some employees are a little unpleasant and cleanliness has deteriorated a bit. There are often small flyers and the toilets are not sufficiently cleaned. I hope they're gonna fix these little flaws because it's one of Nancy's best bakeries. More choices without gluten would be clearly appreciated.

everything is to review 6 vendors 20 minutes waiting, don’t wash your hands in each product I take a frozen flash so produces no factories on site, I ask to see the boss I don’t need to see it there doesn’t know anything ... once the order I see an employee coming out of the laboratory I wonder if she didn’t make a drain before. I've never seen her how such a place can work...

For a few months now, I have had the opportunity to taste several pastries, including macaroons (he at coffee being my favorite, briochée feuilletée, or the apple cuffoon). And what I remember is that they are simply delicious. Special mention to smiling and pleasant sellers. I strongly recommend.

Mini butter brioches very good, but... we have tasted absolutely unmatured lightnings (bread to bleed, cream that must be spoiled but there is far: no taste, probably presence of gelatin car compact, and little garnished. And for 3€ the lightning, it's flight, to flee

Very disappointed with the cake bought this morning. Pâte leafy too thick and often too terracotta. What about the frangipane? A material hard without taste or taste, almost indigested and all for 24 euros. Long live January 2025 that I go elsewhere.

The service was good, I took the raspberry pielette (a classic) and frankly I’m not disappointed! I strongly recommend this pastry bakery!!
