We recently ordered eight menus in this bakery, but our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived at the car, we found ourselves with a mountain of products and asked twice a bag to save time and store our purchases. Unfortunately, the seller wanted to give us a bag of jute canvas, and the manager stopped it by claiming that it was reserved for orders over 60€, without even checking our order, and even though we would have paid it as we asked! We tried to explain to him that our eight menus far exceeded €60, but it didn't seem to make any difference. I've been going to this bakery for a year now and I've put five stars on, but I have to get one out of it. Food and atmosphere are always very good but unfortunately some employees are a little unpleasant and cleanliness has deteriorated a bit. There are often small flyers and the toilets are not sufficiently cleaned. I hope they're gonna fix these little flaws because it's one of Nancy's best bakeries. More choices without gluten would be clearly appreciated.

Very disappointed with the cake bought this morning. Pâte leafy too thick and often too terracotta. What about the frangipane? A material hard without taste or taste, almost indigested and all for 24 euros. Long live January 2025 that I go elsewhere.

Apple socks too cooked almost no apple compote just the taste of the leafy paste for 2,50€ it makes the chausson to question your products otherwise you will have only negative comments and I hope to have a response and a cordially

Very disappointed by the quality of products for a price .... Too important. A tasteless white chocolate pistachio cookie, a honored st with a burnt caramel....
