I recently visited this restaurant for lunch during the week and was quite happy with both the service and the food. However, I returned on a Sunday with six friends and was disappointed. The pasta we had for lunch was tiny, almost child-sized, and it tasted like it was straight out of a packet. Two people ordered it, and neither managed to eat more than half. The salmon and hamburger, on the other hand, were quite good. I ordered the fettuccine marinara and specifically requested no calamari, yet it was loaded with it. The restaurant was extremely loud, and the service was disappointing. I was part of a group of six celebrating a birthday, and we all ordered our meals at the same time. Four of the meals arrived and were eaten, but mine and the birthday girl's meal never showed up. It seemed they had completely forgotten about our orders! We did receive a discount, but unfortunately, I didn't get to eat anything. They didn’t even offer any snacks to make up for their significant error. I won't be returning to this place again.
We reserved an outdoor table, but upon arrival, we were informed that one wasn't available, so we were seated indoors under a leaking air conditioning unit. The waiter wasn't familiar with the details of the main courses but took the initiative to find out for us. booked an outside table, but they advised us only when we arrived that one was not available so that they placed us in a licking/dripping air cone. the waiter didn't know what each of the main subjects included, but he found out for us. my man was recommended by the cook to order the lamb “medium rare” what he did, but it was “good-done”. eating was very good overall and the waiter was very attentive.
very loud. bad service. 6 people on the table for a birthday surprise all order a meal at the same time, 4 meal times finally arrived and were eaten. no sign for my meal or the birthday girls! apparently they had forgotten all about the remaining 2 meals! I have a discount, but I couldn't eat. there were no snacks offered to choose their BAD error. will never return.
Some members of our group were visiting for the first time, and they had a positive impression. The food was good, and it's clearly a popular spot given the number of people there. I would definitely go back. However, the drink service was a bit slow, and it took some time for the tables around us to be cleared.
