I imagine my experience at Fido's wasn't typical, with a series of unfortunate events partly outside the business's control. Regardless, I'm sharing it to help newcomers and potentially inspire some improvements at Fido's to make it a more welcoming and safe space. I ordered an iced cinnamon honey latte, which was delicious, and posted up with my laptop to get some work done. Some time later, a woman from outside the shop who seemed mentally unwell came up to me and started yelling. The staff confronted her and asked her to leave, which she did eventually but in loud opposition. I had the uneasy feeling she might come back so I moved to a part of the shop that was farther in…I wasn’t sure if...
Easily one of the best coffee pastry shops that I have ever been to. I had the warm chocolate croissant. It was light, crunchy, with lots of creamy chocolate oozing out like a lava cake. It was simply scrumptious. I washed it down with a simple cup of coffee which was smooth with no bitterness whatsoever. However, what truly separated this place for me was the service. The server was patient, friendly, and answered all of our coffee related questions. It's easy to see why Taylor Swift loves this place.
The best breakfast of our Nashville trip, hands down! Super friendly and inviting establishment and staff. The coffee was made so well and it was so delicious. But...the breakfast burrito?? Hands down the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. So fresh, so well made, and paired with the avocado salsa is brilliant! The potatoes were so well cooked and just melt in your mouth. 1000% would recommend this place for anyone looking for coffee, food, or just good vibes!
Friendly staff. Clean. Cool art on the walls. Food was tasty! came out FAST. Many vegetarian options! The McFido with the vegan sausage was good! We came here after being at the VA Hospital, looking for tasty breakfast food and a good coffee. We found it here. The lattes are excellent. [hidden link]

Seems like a very popular place in town, it was busy when I was there. It’s big though, so plenty of seating available. I can imagine bringing a laptop to work here. I had an iced latte and a bagel, both were great
Everything was great. Quick service and very helpful. The staff was very accommodating to me and my family. Guy at register with long hair maybe dreads was kind and helpful
I usually just get coffee at Fido but needed lunch today and this was a great call. I love the easy going vibe with plenty of seating, it's feels both old and new.
Pretty cute little coffee shop that's just a tad overpriced for the quality.
