F.i.e.f. Fait Ici En France

Came by for dinner the other night and it was a tasty experience. FIEF is a French Michelin 1 star restaurant with kitchen counter seating or indoor dining room seating. Opted for the grand tasting menu for 165€ at 8 pm exclusively and it was a 2.5 hour dinner featuring 10 courses with a view of the kitchen the entire night. Most of the courses were excellent, from the flavors, textures, and contrasts. I did notice that they reuse some of the sauces, resulting those sauces being quite bold/salty. Weaker parts of the evening included the bread which was a surprise. The miso butter was phenomenal. I love this restaurant; it is the second time I have eaten here, the first time two years ago. The food is still amazing and the level of detail that goes into everything can be watched from the seats at counter. We loved all the seven, eight, ?, courses and marveled at the diversity and depth of flavors that this small kitchen and staff produces. Wonderful wines accompany the delicious food. The staff is lovely and attentive the second visit was even better and I will be back the next time I 'm in jolly Paris . Merci and à bientôt.

For Mon Chéri’s birthday, we went to Fief. We had the large tasting menu at the counter. It was the first time I had a Michelin-starred restaurant. We were extremely well received. I had a blast watching the chef and his team prepare our plates. My taste buds were full of tasting, all these dishes, each as incredible as the next. We stayed at the counter for 3 hours, We didn't see the time passing. It was a delicious moment. My darling was delighted with this evening Thanks to the whole team,. They are artists!!!!
