I recently used Fiesta Guadalajara for catering services for a family event and I must say it was the best experience I have ever had. The manager was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The food was fresh, perfectly served at the right temperature, and some of the most delicious Mexican food I have ever tasted. I ordered the taco bar and the enchilada bar with extras like nachos, beans, and rice. There was plenty of food provided and everyone kept going back for more. The restaurant offers generous portions of delicious food. Although everyone enjoyed their meals, none of us were able to finish due to the large serving sizes. Despite this, there was no room left for dessert. The service was efficient and the staff were attentive. The establishment is clean and well-managed, with plenty of space for seating so we never felt rushed or cramped. Additionally, there is ample parking available. The only downside is that everything on the menu is spicy, including the refried beans.
This place is fantastic. It serves the best Mexican food on the western slope without a doubt. The enchiladas and tacos are delicious, and you get twice as much food compared to the restaurant east of town, and at half the price. The service is excellent, we were treated like family. Great job to everyone there, you are the best. We will definitely be returning. They deserve more than 5 stars.
The restaurant had excellent prices and customer service. They maintained social distance and made sure everything was clean and sanitized. The manager even stopped by to ensure everything was going well. I will definitely recommend this place and will return in the future.

Delicious food and great service. I had the chicken and mushrooms with sour cream sauce and it was delicious. Some of the best refried beans I've ever tasted too. Service was quick and friendly and the price was great too. Definitely recommend!
Carne Asada was good! Service was a little slow which was surprising because it cleared out shortly after we arrived. Regular salsa was a little spicy, hot salsa was VERY spicy
The Mexican cuisine at this restaurant is excellent! The service was attentive, and the establishment was spotlessly clean. Each table also had sanitizer available.
Love coming here, my daughter and I loved our dinner this evening. The food is tasty, the service is equally enjoyable. We’ll always be back!
