Fiesta Ole - Reserva de mesa

I'm in love. Having lived in southern California and traveled in Mexico, I have came to adore Mexican food. But living in Jim Thorpe there is very little available that equals true, authentic Mexican food. My Tequila House brought back all my fond memories of enjoying the real thing. I'm was amazed at the quality and authenticity of the entire experience there. From the amazing staff to the 5 star food, it truly was an experience. Magic to the palate. I miss them already. I'll be finding many reasons to head to Whitehall so I can visit the BEST Mexican restaurant in PA! Love to the staff there. :

Great authentic mexican restaurant, prices aren't bad for what you get. Very friendly atmosphere, had no wait time to be seated. They do have a kid friendly menu which definitely was a plus for my picky eater. I ordered the Chicken Taquitos Tacos Gobernador...and I'm practically still drooling over them as I write this review. Absolutely delicious!! You get free Chips and Salsa while you wait for your food and they were so fresh. I can't wait to return and try new things on the menu, highly recommend stopping here!!

The food was incredible, and the staff, including the servers and host, were extremely friendly. The live performance was also fantastic. I wasn't aware they had live shows, but now that I know, I'm definitely planning to return. I dined with my parents and was unsure about what to order. My waitress, Isabel, was very helpful; she went through the menu with me and suggested some popular dishes that suited my taste. Keep up the great work!

It's been a while since our last visit, and I’m so happy we’ve returned! Despite the restaurant being packed and our waiter wearing short sleeves, the service was outstanding and the food was fantastic. The portion sizes were more than generous and incredibly flavorful, and the margaritas were excellent. The music added a lovely, unexpected touch to the atmosphere as well! We stopped by because it was something different and it is now a favorite. We loved the inside, the staff were wonderful and the food was excellent. They had a wide variety of choices and everything we had was better than expected. The fresh salsa and tortillas were worth the trip alone. We will go back for the food and next time will be adding a margarita.

The restaurant wasn’t too crowded, but it was quite noisy, and the service took a long time. However, the staff and drinks were excellent. The food was nice, but for $9, I expected a larger portion of soup; my bowl was less than half full. I would definitely return, but I would do so when I’m in the mood for a lively atmosphere.

I gave them a four because they had no horchata. My waitress, Isabel was great! I had no good few days, but she was a bright spot! She makes a good margarita. The food was great. Wait good. Again, great work Isabel!

Quality was superb. It was a little expensive, but I think things also are more expensive in general now. The flavor profile was deep but not over the top. Would recommend their fajitas or chimychangas. Reserva una mesa ahora
