I ordered Chori Pollo and a couple hard tacos. Meal was good. The food tasted excellent. I think the waiter was in a rush to get me out of there because he took my plate with the packet of tortillas before I was completely done with my meal. I usually save the tortillas for last to wipe the excess meat and cheese and beans from the plate. I went in on a Monday afternoon at about 1:30pm.
My husband and I dine at this restaurant every other week, and sometimes even weekly if I'm fortunate. We truly enjoy both the service and the food. Every now and then, there's also some excellent music playing.
Delicious food accompanied by excellent service. I would consider this to be the best Fiesta out of the three. I highly recommend trying the carnitas and the Chile Colorado.

This classic Mexican restaurant offers quick and reliable service. The burrito bowl is a standout dish! Plus, the salsa and chips are excellent.
Even when the restaurant is busy, it doesn't make a difference because the service is outstanding and efficient! It's my favorite place in town!
