Figarelly's Deli - Reservar una mesa

I called up and ordered the food the woman on the phone was not very nice and give me a huge attitude. I ordered an Italian hero dry I'm going to ask her what was on it she gave me an attitude and told me about the meats that were on it or even vinegar and mayo. I asked for a dry when I received my sandwich it had jalapeno peppers on it which she never told me about which I can't deal with spicy I couldn't even eat my sandwich it was disgusting

The worst customer service ever!!I have been to this deli for 35 years and have not been in awhile, I decided to try again. My order was incorrect when I called I received a snarky, very rude lady, telling me honey if you want it that way just do it yourself. Way to go to make a customer happy.

I've been going here since the early 80s and it's changed hands but still pretty good as all the old schoolers know of the big guy. When I come back in town it's still my go-to place for breakfast. The place has been remodeled over the years and it's nice clean convenient

I had the Long Islander hero and my coworker had grilled chicken and potatoes with peppers and onions. Everything was awesome, food came out quick, owner seem like a great guy, very engaging with the customers. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch to anybody

Amazing! They're back. I know they were reopened for a while, but their food and service is back 100%! I've eaten there every day this week. Everything is delicious, fresh and hearty. They offer free soup samples and everyone is better than the next. Excellent!

AVOID Place has awful food and incredibly unfriendly and frankly rude staff. There are several places in the vicinity that are much better like My Hero. Highly recommend avoiding at all costs!!!!

Glad I was able to stop in and grab a hot sandwich to get the morning going. When I work in this area this is my go to spot. Made to order hot food soft bread thank you

It would be great if the "Open" sign was only illuminated when the restaurant is actually open. Keeping it on 24/7 is pointless!
